About
This is a place for good ideas; to find, to read, to buy.
WELCOME
We are collectors of ideas. We are designers and we are makers. Thank you for joining us.
Some Good Ideas has three main aims.
First, to design and sell goods that are made in Great Britain with love and experience and to tell our customers precisely how they are made and what they cost to create.
Second, to celebrate the makers and designers that are the backbone of Britain’s small manufacturing industry by telling their stories through words and pictures.
And third, to create a directory of the very best makers, enablers, creative thinkers and designers that we have worked with through our various businesses over the past thirty years. If you’re looking for the finest tent manufacturers, baristas, printers, foragers or graphic designers, then this is the place for you.
This is a place of passion, transparency, integrity and fun. Let’s go!
