A very quick and easy French bread recipe.

Makes one loaf.

Ingredients
1.5 cups of warm water
1 tablespoon of honey
1.5 teaspoons of salt
2 packets of dried yeast
3.5 to 4 cups of flour

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
2. Combine everything apart from the flour and leave for 5 to 10 minutes until bubbly.
3. Next, add the flour and knead until no longer sticky.
4. Shape into a loaf, cover with a towel and leave somewhere warm for about 20 minutes. I tend to leave on top of the oven whilst its preheating.
5. When ready, cut slits onto the top, I add some sea salt, black pepper and a little rosemary sometimes.
6. Bake for around 25 minutes.
