Chef de Partie

We are excited to be looking for a variety of chefs to join our businesses, including the position of Chef de Partie.

You will work with Damian Clisby, former chef-director at Michelin Starred Petersham Nurseries, and alongside our team at our award winning Farm Shop and AA Welsh Pub of the Year, The Glynne Arms.


THE IDEAL PERSON WILL BE…

The perfect person will be driven by a passion for local, fresh, seasonal ingredients and a have an ability to create exceptional food with them.

Our menu is the real deal: it’s seasonal, it’s fresh and it has sustainability and community at its heart. So, if using ingredients with zero food miles and cooking from scratch excites you, please apply.

Ideally you will have a background of working in a busy kitchen with a seasonally-led menu.

Creative flair is encouraged and you’ll be expected to share your ideas on how we drive the menu forward throughout the year.

You will have a natural eye for detail and a keen willingness to learn and advance your career.

Our chefs work hand-in-hand every day with our butchers, bakers and front of house teams to give each guest an exceptional experience.

Each role demands a high level of integrity and professionalism, along with unwavering compliance with all food safety processes and procedures. You will be expected to deliver dishes in line with spec sheets and within budget.
