Ukrainian chef, author, food writer and food stylist. Olia began as a chef after completing a course at Leith's School of Food and Wine in 2010, and ensures her heritage runs through everything she does. Olia has spoken and cooked at our festival The Good Life Experience for several years.
Olia was introduced to us by our friend the mushroom expert Roger Philips.
